To obtain technical support on per-incident bases you must contact us directly via phone or email. We will assign a contact person to your case and after scheduling the visit he will be dispatched to your company to asses the situation and provide with the quote. All assesments will be charged intial consulting charge that will be waived if the customer decides to take advantage of the services we offer.
Obtaining PC support pre-paid bases (monthly maintenance plans).
HybridLAN offers pre-paid monthly maintenance plans designed for small businesses that does not currently have IT personel on-site. Based on the chosen plan, we will perform certain network tasks to keep system in good and running condition, monitor and inform about potential problems that may occur based on our observations.
